Hi sir my 3 months baby got vaccinated after vaccination he got cold and caugh lightly but he won't sleep day and night we have gone through doctor councling they suggested the. medicine paracetamol pediatric oral suspension IP for fever ambroxol hydrochloride drops for cold and caugh simethicone oral suspension USP colimex DF± drops for gas release but why my baby not getting proper sleep

A. continue the medicines for the baby I xCold and cough in small babies because of viral infections due to less immunity in the baby treat them sympatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will subside in one week time
