as a child is 18 months old ,give Healthy food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
so you can give sabji , chapati, dal rice,salad dairy product etc in your child diet
prepare Healthy snack like sheera, rab, porridge , dates ladoo (see it's recipe in my profile) ,besan chilla or Ladoo , mung dal chilla, , paneer chilla , multigrain idli etc
