A. mam this can be due to fungal infection in the baby. you can apply any mouth ulcers gel on it. make the baby brush twice a day especially at night and maintain proper oral hygiene. also you can use any anti microbial mouth wash for kids. avoid sugary and spicy food items and increase water intake of the baby.
