Hi sir/mam.my son is 3 yr 6 m old he is suffering with loose motions from today onwards .but he is very active please tell me solution

Entrogermina is a good probiotic that you can offer to the child as of now which is what is going to be good other than that also I’m going to recommend you that you please do consult your doctor once for a proper medication because once you know exactly what is the reason then only you will be able to give another medication required to the child
