Hi sir / mam My 4 years baby is getting vomtings at early morning since 2 days Is there any problem? Please suggest

A. hi it could be Indigestion, over eating or force feeding etc please give small and frequent meal give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more give tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
