Hi sir/mam, I have got periods on last month 3rd , I thought I am pregnant and I had observed some changes in my stomach, but today I got periods, what might be the cause? and also previous months periods also got delayed for 4-5 days? Any suggestions to get conceive?

A. hello if planning for the baby but nit being succesfull is better to chk ur gynecologisy n she may also advise foliv n some.supplement which can help n also safe too n nothing to worry
