Hi Sir /mam, As I delivered a baby boy in Aug, by type surgical. so now the baby bump was not reduce. plz guide me for that....

A. lose fat by exercise n diet. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust hersee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. hi parents Walk more. practice light yogasana. take couple of bites less than what you really want to don't use cereals and grain , packaged food , processed food use millets more don't use RO water use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
