Start with dal and rice water Suji Kheer Upma Halwa porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all kind of fruits and vegetables can be given to the child mashed sweet potato can also be given to the child add salt and all the necessary spices into the food and four sweetness you can go ahead with using jaggery powder
