hi sir/madam my 4 year old was having fever which did not reduce with paracetamol so his doctor suggested ibuprofen and paracetamol syrup with dosage 5 ml. it's been 3rd day of using it, he had vomit after giving the syrup there is some blood stains in vomit.

A. hi, might be it's not because of medicine, but still hold using it n give paracetamol for fever and it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
