Does look positive because the second line is visible but it is not that dark as it is meant to be so we cannot conclude 100% pregnancy with this which is why I would recommend you to go for an ultrasound this way you’ll have a confirmation on pregnancy also plus you’ll be able to track the progress of the Baby
