hi sir/madam I have a fever last one day can i take paracetamol or what can i take medicine for fever. am feeding months old baby some one told me to paracetamol is not good for u because of feeding.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can take any basic fever medicine you can take paracetamol you can take Dolo 650 and you can also take a Crocin if you want any medicine that you would want to take all the medicines are completely safe to be taken during the time of lactation
