hi sir/madam I have a 48 days old baby and she is active. my baby is not gaining weight but her pee count is 8-10 and she is sleeping well, reached those milestones but there is no weight gain. could you please suggest how babies will gain weight her birth weight: 3kg lowest weight :2.75kg current weight:3.2kg

According to the mentioned details here, it can be accepted as normal but even then if you still have doubts regarding this ,that this might be something else then you can consult your doctor for further guidance and sugb gjggestions about it till then you can keep this under your observation for time.
