ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Start giving coconut water to the baby and try to give more liquids and avoid over clothing the baby and give bath daily abd use lukewarm water for bathing and apply Cetaphil baby daily lotion on skin
