It Can mostly be a sign for stomach infection so you should get a check with your doctor if your doctor can advise you with medicines just by listening the situation that your child is in then that’s good otherwise you may have to go for Sunil test to know what exactly could be the reason behind it and it’s not dangerous it’s normal it can happen any time with the child
