hi sir..im the mother for 1.4 yrs baby girl...my baby is over drooling and she is refusing to eat food ....if we feed food with force ...she will vomit it..what is the reason

A. ulcers in the baby mouth or coating of the baby tongue for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
