hi sir, I'm I'm mother of 4month old (completed)baby, my baby is not yet start swaddling, he is trying but not able to complete . he is formula milk completely...

Swaddling is done in the first three months after birth. After that there is no need to swaddle ur baby.
Secondly
if you are asking that ur baby does not turn, then baby can roll over anytime between 4-7 months
