hi sir I have 40 days old baby girl she has got rashes on her face. could u plz suggest the reason for rashes on face and also plz tell which soap or cream is best for baby skin?

This may require proper eevaluation, so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if so required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That will be a better approach for a proper treatment regarding this.
