hi sir I am 5.3 in height ......is my son height will effect as like me ......what to do to avoid the height issue

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. Specialist near by or your family pediatric doctor should see as it is difficult to advise for this without examining the baby . Further any medication according to the examination only .

Height is genetic and depends on the height of the parents.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the baby. Include milk and milk products, protein rich food like egg chicken fish meat Soya lentils, dry fruits and nuts, Banana etc in ur baby's diet for height increase
