Q.
Hi sir...... how to increase breastmilk? my body does not produce milk. what can i do sir? i am very depressed. please give some solutions to me sir.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. just feed more frequently. Breast feeding should be at least till 6 month of age. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .

Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
