the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount.
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving fthe weight of the child.

I would suggest you to make a proper time plan for the kids with you should give proper breakfast lunch and dinner and fruits one time in the afternoon and so also the food that you should basically include for overall growth is the same food has been made at home Roti sabji Dal rice proteins veg non-veg that’s going to be helpful
