hi sir good morning, I have 2 children 1st baby 3 yrs old 2 baby 3 month old. mother feeding not given properly. why I don't know. I take medicine also no effect.

A. Only the second child needs mothers milk and first should have started with cows milk after a year of birth. If the child is not feeding well from the mother then its time to switch to formula for the first 6 months and thereafter increase the intake of solids.
