hi sir good evening my name is Nirmala I have a 3rd month baby boy that to premature baby he is now ok Dr I have a problem milk is not coming sufficiently can u advice plzz

A. just feed baby exclusively breastfeeding.. feed at every 2.5 to 3 hours ..take care of your diet and enjoy motherhood

A. mam one more doubt how to weight gain my baby now his weight is only 1.87 plzz suggest some oil or tips Thanks Nirmala

A. good evening Nirmala, first thing is stay stress free calm and enjoy your motherhood.. include papaya oatmeal Gond ke laddu poppy seeds fenugreek seeds different green leafy vegetables and fruits fresh and seasonal in your diet eat frequent meal.. also in between two breast feeding pump for expressing breast milk which will indicate your body to produce more breast milk it is is based on supply and demand seofied frequently which will increase your breast milk supply ..take shatawari powder twice in milk..
