Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

If so yeah you Can. you may give fruits like apple, banana, avocado chicko, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet.
