Q.
Hi sir, during consultation of Dr she preferred me to take domstal(milk production) tablets as I m having low supply milk. But it is working only when I am taking it. So I just want to continue those tablets.. does taking domstal (milk production ) tablets for long period can have any effect.?is it okay to take sir?

Hi dear try home remedies like Have spinach, jeera water, fennel, fenugreek, mothers horlicks is good for lactation, garlic pods You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, mutton, carrot, oats, almonds, have plenty of water, the more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you can provide, you can also have lactare tablets which is very effective.
