Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avocado, , banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked), idly, upma.

as a child is 10 Months old,give Healthy food items like cerelac, sheera, rab,ragi or makhana porridge, suji kheer , multigrain idli, dosa, dhokla, khichu etc
give variety of fruits too
prefer homemade healthy and freshly cooked food only
