Hi, since yesterday my breast milk is very milk just like clear water and I do not think that there was any sign of fat milk. What can naturally help me balance this? Also, I have motions since yesterday and diet was improper. Can this be the reason for very thin milk? Please advise

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You can start taking shatavari kalp to increase milk flow and thickening milk f milk as well abd eat a healthy well balanced diet and drink 2 to 3 litres of water in a day
