Hi, since last 3-4 days my baby is vomiting his feeding and has also started with milk spit ups. In almost all his feeds he does some sort of vomit. While feeding only he removes 3-4 spoons of milk in the form of a vomit sometimes it is a little more. I feel it is vomit because it is forceful unlike the milk split up which looks more like a dribble. We try and burp him multiple times mid-feed as well. Apart from this his peeing and pooping is normal. Infact we have more poopy diapers than usual. He is 28 days old and is breastfed (95% times breastfeeding and 5% expressed breast milk from bottle).
