Hi, since I left feeding my baby last year ( breastfed for 9 months), I am gaining weight fast, I was around 58-62 kg during and after pregnancy, but now it has reached 66 kg. Is there any issue ? also after weight gain I started to have back pain and knee pain. thanks in advance!

I think you should get yourself tested for thyroid as well as I’m going to recommend you to check with your doctor for your deficiencies you need to start with necessary health tonic and supplements to maintain strength energy and supplements in the body
