hi, should we start soldis after 6 months or in 6 th month?

A. Hello good morning !! Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies. From 6 month onwards start semi solids once a day and gradually increase twice a day within 2-3 weeks interval. Every two hours milk either breastfeed or formula feed along with solids Once. As baby is 2 months old only breastmilk or formula milk is suggested.
