it is caused by nutritional deficiencies.
so I advise to take Healthy and nutritious diet ,take green veggies, fresh fruits,nuts , dry fruits more
avoid drinking RO water
don't sit or stand for long period
take short break in between your work.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
