Ur Baby has gained 1500 g in three months which is 500 g every month so that’s a very healthy weight gain I do not know why are you so worried about it and if your child is having a cleft palate issue then you can get a surgery later whenever your doctor advises you to

If The child is gaining 300 g per month then that’s a very healthy weight gain so you just calculate according to the birth weight of your child you haven’t mentioned the birth weight so I’m really not very sure about it but I can tell you a minimum weight gain every month

There Has to be a proper breastfeeding for the child and if the breastfeeding is not helping you gain weight then you go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child but there are no drops which will help in increasing the weight of your child so it has to be just breastfeeding or formula
