Well whatever food we eat on an everyday basis everything has its own benefit benefits are good for immunity boosting what do you really need to avoid in the food of your child for reducing immunity and creating more problem is junk food and heavy sugary foods if you avoid that then you don’t have to worry about working on the immunity because you’re just going to eliminate the worst thing from the diet of your child
