Early morning - Milk/ Banana shake/banana
Breakfast - Upma/ Poha/Soft stuffed paratha /boiled egg
Snack 1 - fruits (cut/ steamed/ puree)
Lunch - Daal rice, Chapati mashed in daal/any sabji, ragi halwa, aata halwa
Snack 2 - Cucumber/ steamed carrot,Broccoli,beetroot/ anything in finger food
Dinner - Khichdi/aata halwa/boiled chicken pieces or any option from lunch.
You can incorporate milk however your child likes. Mine like it to have only when he is going to sleep so for me milk is for nap time
Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually you can start introducing her kind of homemade food items along with like whatever you are giving like ragi porridge cerelac for so you can continue as well as introduce idli dosa upma khichdi for uncle dal rice seasonal fruits and vegetables if you are a non vegetarian you can include that also
