Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. the dosage of paracetamol is 15 MG per KG body weight which you can repeat once in every 6 to 8 hourly Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
