Q.

Hi, one of my friend said that still she is giving nan2 after completion of 1year instead of nan3 or full cream milk y bec nan2 has more nutritious values for weight gain when compare with nan3 r full cream milk, iam giving full cream milk, is it fact??

A. Nothing such...you should follow stages or do whatever you feel was good for your baby dont compare your child with some other .

A. no...it's not true....after one year it's your choice..but preferably packet milk or cow.milk should be introduced as they have much more fat content needed by baby...just make sure you boil.milk properly
