A. For a baby below 1 year, cow milk is not recommended as a replacement for formula like Nan Pro. Here's why: Cow milk is low in iron and difficult to digest for infants under 12 months. It can irritate the baby’s intestines and increase the risk of anemia. Nan Pro or other infant formulas are specially designed to provide the right balance of nutrients for your baby’s growth. So, continue Nan Pro or breast milk until your baby turns 1 year old, then you can slowly introduce cow milk along with a balanced diet. If you have any concerns about formula or digestion issues, do consult your pediatrician for safer alternatives.
