Q.
hi, now my baby is 13 month old. she is not even trying to walk (though we are making her practice everyday). any reason, her weight is also just right

If your child is walking with support then that is totally fine as the child has to be very confident before the child learns to work independently so as of now if the child is walking with support not a problem as independent working can happen by the time of 17 to 18 months in general
