hi now iam 21 weeks pregnant I went to tiffa scan but doctor said placenta in lower segment so if placenta in lower seg is there any problem what kind of precautions I need to take

Avoid heavy lifting, watch for any discomfort symptoms like spotting or bleeding to inform the doctor immediately and attend the follow-up scans definitely. Because it is so early in your second trimester, we have plenty of time for the pleasant to move into a normal position.
