Q.

hi need an expert help. I'm 4 months postpartum and for the last month I was unable to either breastfeed or pump out. I went to pump out milk for my twins but the milk has become thick and sticky plus I hardly got 1 spoon of milk after 30 mins of pumping. how can I get to normal milk flow also how can I increase the flow?
