hi namastey i have headache fever am a breastfeeding mom of 9th month boy n am in periods in 3rd day can i do covid test y am asking is in menustration cycle if covid test will take the result should be positive i search out in internet is it true plz help me guys..

A. Hi mommy Yes you can Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
