Hi Myself Aruna, I gave birth last Sunday. Its normal delivery. Am done family planning also. I have a napkin rashes. can I use for povidone-Iodine ointment for rashes.

instead of it ,I would suggest to apply Coconut oil or pure aloe vera gel on them.
wear Cotton inner wear.
keep that area clean.
drink plenty of water.
