Hi myself 9th month pregnant my due is on 29th may 2025 I'm getting thick white discharge and lower pain also I went to my gyen she said uterus is dilated for 1cm and baby head is not fixed also she said it's pre labour pain could plz suggest what exactly to do for the labour
