Q.

Hi mybaby is 9 months old..can i start adding little milk in her diet lyk(raagi nd sooji kheer)?? Z it okay or shud i wait til 1 yr to start adding milk?

A. Hello mom Yes you can start giving in all these things but there is no need to give directly to your baby tell your baby turned one-year-old. Till the time baby should be totally on mother’s milk or you can give formula milk. On baby should also take at least four meals in a day so maintain a diet plan according to that suit
