Q.

Hi! my wife is pregnant and has completed 31 weeks. I would like her to take the Covid vaccination but I am apprehensive as reports suggest not enough testing has been carried out on pregnant women to understand the side effects ( if any). Also, if we decide to go ahead with the vaccination, is Covaxin or Covishield a preferred option? With Covishield, the second dose will be scheduled after delivery while in Covaxin, both doses are expected to be completed before delivery.

A. U Cannot go for Covid vaccination in pregnancy does not matter that you have decided that your wife should take a more vaccination or you are going to decide that wife is going to take the vaccination you cannot decided because it is not right it can have L effects on your white as well as your child so I think you’ll be sensible enough not to take that decision
