hi..my twin girls have completed 3 months and in their 4th month now. Both of them are bottlefed babies. i feed them formula milk and breast milk both from beginning. From past one week , they are having difficulty in pooping. They poop once in a day ,very little and spit up a lot after every feeding. What can be done ?
