Q.

Hi my twin boys were pre mature. they werr born in 32 week 4 days. at what time should I start giving solid food. from which date i should consider 6 months?from their birth date or from EDD thanks.

A. dear mom consider 6 months from the time of birth as there organs would develop appropriately then give home based kitchen feeds avoid packaged foods avoid salt and sugar till 1 year of age
