Q.

Hi My twin babies are 2 years old now, we were giving them similac-3 till they completed 2 years, as this formula milk is suitable till 2years only. which formula milk is suitable for them now.

A. you should start other milk nw..as it should be started after one year bt if you hvnot then its ok..gv cows milk or other packet milk like amul or verka..you can add milk supplements eg horlicks junior,bournvita etc ..these can be given after 2 years..it contains dha n good for babies development..
