Q.

My son is 2 years old.Till now i used to give him similac but now as he has completed 2 years further I cant give him similar.So kindly suggest which milk can be given or any health supplement?

A. Hello mom from the age of one it is highly recommended to avoid formula milk and animal or plant source milk can be given to the child now as well
