hi my three month old baby have cough and cold.shehas runny nose.eyes are reddish.can w use baby vapourb.pls advice. thanks

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. cough and cold may be infective or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve congestion and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times can also give sinarest drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productivewt give kufril-ls. give only simple home-made preparations as required ,child will eat as symptoms resolve.
