hi my son was not eating nothing i was so much worried about that his tounge and lips was in red colour i thought he had mouth ulcer he didnt take water also i was very much disappointed he was not eat anything i dont have words to say he was till now having BF only wat i have to do kindly prescribe me

oral ulcers are mostly related to deficiency of B12 constipation issues .
If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well
